Martin’s extensive financial experience combines the skills of financial analysis with hands-on experience in managing the financial affairs of small businesses. With 13 years in the commercial banking industry, Martin has been trained by the largest and most well-known banks in the United States, and has provided excellent service for his clients while helping them structure and acquire capital. While CFO for a wireless telecommunications general contractor, Martin's financial expertise fueled the growth of the company from four employees to over twenty. Martin learned the value of hard, quality work and developed an appreciation for the dedication and struggles of the small business owner while working in the family machine shop in his youth–values that have served him and his clients well during his career.

Martin is an active leader in his community, participating in student ministries and youth athletics. He enjoys spending time with his family on his small farm in Rough and Ready
